Bob Sherer - Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer (a.k.a the Tzar of Customer Support), Bob is charged with making sure every Sentinel customer has the best possible experience, from ushering new prospects through a seamless installation to maximizing each customers security posture without disrupting their business. Bob considers two things when he comes to work each day: First, making good on the promise that Sentinel truly values their customers. Second, that those customers are fully satisfied with their network security solution and their needs are met.

When he’s not managing customer interactions, he is an integral part of the Sentinel development team, specializing in inventory management and database design.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Radio, TV and Film and a minor in Computer Science from the University of North Texas. When Bob is not busy making sure Sentinel customers are happy, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and getting back his fitness.

If you could have a conversation with anyone – past or present – who would you choose? The last man or woman on Earth. I would ask how the end came to be and if we ever figured out the meaning of life, the universe and everything (or anything) in between.
